situated in a beautiful private garden of 1600 sqm.
an artificial lake (200m wide) separates the house from hole 14 on the golf course.
to the golf clubhouse is only a 10 minutes walk. to downtown is 5 min. and to the
beach is 15 minutes.
we like to let the villa to a maximum of 8 persons.
